One of the solutions we offer is to leave your car in the Santa Prassede car park, a covered and secure parking facility affiliated with BLAM HOUSE, located at Via di Santa Prassede, 6, 00184 Roma RM - Phone: 06 481 9006, just 2 minutes from the apartment. The cost for hotel guests is €00.00 / 24 hours for a sedan. The cost may vary for other types of cars and vans.

If secure parking is not necessary, you can also park on the blue lines at a rate of €1.50/hour and €4.00/day. How long does it take to reach the city center? Blam House is in the historic center, precisely located in front of the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore. The location is very central, and all the main attractions are easily reachable with a pleasant walk. The Monti district is rich in traditional restaurants and trendy bars, interspersed with artisan boutiques and small historic shops. The Colosseum and the Trevi Fountain are just a 10-minute walk away. Take a look at our map!

You can access our apartment with self-check-in, and our customer service is available 24/7.

The main shopping area with the most famous boutiques and sought-after brands (Via dei Condotti, Via del Babuino, Galleria Colonna, Campo Marzio) is only 15 minutes from the hotel. Nearby is also Via del Corso with many brands like Zara. Another nice street is Via Nazionale near our apartment. For an alternative shopping experience, emerging brands, or vintage shops, just step out of the hotel and take a walk in the neighborhood.

Internet access is free for all our guests. Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, from the reception to the common areas, and of course, in every room. You will be provided with the credentials for access at the hotel.

For your luggage at check-out (11:00 AM), you can always bring them to the Hotel Parker, part of the Blam Group, and leave them there for free until the evening. Alternatively, you can use the luggage storage facilities at Termini, which are subject to a fee.
